At FancyWallArt, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days under the following conditions:

Conditions for Return

✔ The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with protective wrapping.
✔ Within 7 days of receiving the product, please email us at info@fancywallart.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.
✔ Custom-made orders are non-returnable, except for production or shipping errors. If there is an issue, we will replace the item free of charge.

Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
• The initial shipping cost is covered by us, and no deductions will be made from your refund.
• Once the returned item is received and verified, a 100% refund will be issued.

Shipping Policy

• All posters are securely packaged in a protective cardboard tube and shipped rolled.
• Orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after purchase and handed over to the shipping carrier.
• Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the buyer.

Receiving Your Order

• Inspect the package upon delivery and ensure it is in good condition before accepting it.
• If there is any visible damage, ask the delivery personnel to record a damage report immediately.
• If the package was left at your door and arrived damaged, contact the delivery company to report the issue and obtain a damage report.
• Products without a damage report are not eligible for return or exchange.
