Where are your orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Istanbul, Turkey.
What is the shipping time frame?
We use express shipping. If there are no customs delays, delivery takes between 2-10 days.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
Depending on the shipping speed, we work with four carriers: FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Widect.
What is your return and exchange policy?
